what are these guys thinking. they are in deficit and will have to finance with bond issuance but are buying bonds to manipulate the prices up and yields down? how stupid do they think the market is? buying new issue securitizations of new packages of mortgages, car loans, etc until the market functions on its own is ok. if you want to manipulate interest rate you need to be a little more subtle

YOGA

yoga is good. so is pilates. everyone should do yoga and pilates. all ages. greater strength, flexibility, and balance. leads to better sex, sleep and older people will fall down less and break hips etc. will reduce medical expneditures.

FOR WHATEVER REASON TREASURY ET AL DECIDED TO DO THIS BECAUSE IT WAS EASIER THAN ASKING CONGRESS; AND THEY WERE RIGHT TACTICALLY. WHETHER GIVING THEM THE 120 MADE SENSE I HAVE NO IDEA.
