in my prior blog i called steve cooley and asshole. i stand by that. however upon reflection and with more information, i must conclude that so is polanski.
13 is still 13. unacceptable
whats good for the goose is good for the gander. i objected to polanskis plea deal being violated. subsequently he reached a civil settlement with the victim for $500k. he did not pay on time and may not have paid at all. unacceptable
a sordid tale all around. at this point polanski should be both allowed to and required to enter a criminal and civil agreement, pleading guilty, restitution and probable lifetime ban from US.

surprised u did not comment on bibi's speech at the u.n. if u missed it, it is on utube. he also addressed the settlement issue in subsequent interviews, which u blogged about previously.
